It is easier to give up eating too much of the wrong foods when the focus shifts to choosing foods based on what’s best for me and my body’s needs at any given time.

One-On-One Counseling
This is where I get to know you and your normal patterns of eating.
I look at your blood work, inquire about your bowel movements, your allergies, intolerances and eating habits.
With this information, my aim is to guide you to get to a healthier place and at a low risk for disease.
Obesity & Prediabetes Workshop
Five or more people to a group to receive support and understanding that you are not alone in your struggle to eat a balanced and healthy diet.
In the group you will be given the tools to help you make better food choices.
The advantage of coming to a group is that it can bring an element of empowerment from others who are or have been where you are.
This is invaluable!
